George Harvey completed his Doctorate in Education with emphasis in Servant Leadership. His degree was granted by Grand Canyon University. Dr. Harvey completed his Masters of Business Administration with a specialty in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. His undergraduate degree is in Management Studies which he earned with the University of Maryland. Dr. Harvey earned an Associate of Arts in General Studies from University of Maryland. He has over 38 years experience as a trainer and leader. George is an innovative leader focused on helping organizations design solutions and implement those solutions to achieve organizational goals.

George has over 38 years experience in the education field. He served as a primary instructor leader for the U.S. Army for 26 years. He was a public school teacher for 4 years and an administrator for 5 years. As an administrator, George served as an Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction, Assistant Principal of Discipline, and Dean of Students in High School and Middle School settings. George was selected as one of six top teachers in the countie's public school system in 2008.
George served in the military for 26 years as an executive manager of organizations from 30 to 300 personnel. As the human resource manager responsible for the daily planning, training, and execution of the organization's operations, he received numerous awards for the successes enjoyed by the organizations. George has served two combat tours and was highly decorated for his calmness under fire. he brings that same calmness and focus into helping organizations succeed in today's competitive markets.
